This app is very straightforward and easy to use. The customer service from the Appstle team is top-notch. They're quick to reply. Extremely helpful and don't hesitate to log in and help you get things set up correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Appslte suite of apps to any store owner looking to start a loyalty program.

Been using Appstle for a while and it gets the job done but honestly their support is their top feature! They're super quick, not "we'll get back to you in 3-5 business days" quick. And they've got a solid library of how-to and FAQ articles that'll answer most of what you're wondering about. But if you're still stuck, they'll walk you through it, no problem. They've literally screen recorded step-by-step instructions for me before. The app itself is easy to get around and make your own too. Great people, great product.

Decided to add a loyalty system to my shop as a way to thank my returning customers! I have some issues here and there but the support team were super helpful with answering my questions and helping me navigate the tool. They're a great team and I love how friendly and easy it was to set up
