Appstle Loyalty Reward Program

I had a customer reach out with confusion about accessing their rewards account through the app—something that used to be seamless before. Blown Away by the Support & Customization!

I had a few questions about the design of my loyalty login page, and within one minute of opening the chat, Taylor was there to help — no waiting days for email responses! Not only did he offer creative input, but he also implemented the custom code for me right on the spot. In less than 15 minutes, I had a beautifully customized page ready to go.

I’m genuinely excited to see the results from this app. My only suggestion would be to add a way to verify Instagram and Twitter follows before awarding points — but wow, the customer service is hands-down the best I’ve experienced across any Shopify app.

This App and this company is amazing. The amount of amazing features at a low cost really helps our business grow. Loyalty options are everywhere now and as a business you have to keep up with the times. This Loyalty program is well worth it, it fits perfectly into our store and gives our customers a feeling of being part of our company and being rewarded for it!

We've used the loyalty program since 2023, and we love it! Appstl includes a variety of features so you can design a rewards program that fits your business, as well as something that grows with you. They've added a ton of new features, benefitting customers as well as our design team. It integrates easily with Shopify, but support is always available (and super friendly and helpful) if you have any issues.

We chose this because of the low cost, full features, and insignificant performance impact. It delivers better than many more expensive apps which didn't have all the features or negatively impacted store performance.
We wanted point redemption in checkout, and that works well. We wanted a page to manage points, not a floating widget, also an effective feature. Beyond that it is incredibly feature-intense.
The quick knowledgeable response from their customer service chat is very impressive. They figure things out quickly or find next best workarounds to accomplish what you want. As far as app support goes, it is second to none.
