I am working on creating a membership option and this app has really blown me away with their options and how seamlessly it integrates into my store. Nandita helped me with a member portal issue in under 10 minutes. Which is always amazing! Looking forward to continuing on in my membership journey with them.

Great support team

The customer service is incredible. I am by no means a shopify pro. They are extremely helpful in walking you through step by step and the response time is unmatched out of any company I have ever seen. The integrations were exactly what I needed especially with the integration with zapier. It opens infinite ideas that were otherwise impossible for me!

5 star for the support team and the app itself. I asked many questions and the support team is always ready to answer and help me immediately. the app is also easy to set up membership services, to have membership perks or discounts, but if there can be more documents and clear video tutorials will be great. the email marketing should be more dynamic and customized too.

I was freaking out about membership stuff. Too many options, with not enough substance about what I need. I wanted things to be simple, but they weren't. Until I found Appstle. Not only was it fairly easy for me to figure out by poking around, but once I ran into a snag with the membership not showing up as a purchase option, Nancy was on top of it. The support was quick and helpful, and they fixed my problem nearly instantly. If this app continues to be this user friendly, easy, and accessible, then I can't imagine ever using anything else to manage my memberships. Great job everyone. I have always be very pleased with the customer service at Appstle, they really care :)

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

It is an exceptional app in every way possible. Not only that but as it seems, the support is extremely friendly and even helped us with our work! I think of it as being the perfect solution to our problem, without having to take the matter into our own hands!

Support has been great while starting my online consulting business. The team is responsive and found a way to implement my specific needs into their membership platform. Highly recommend! 5/5
