Overall, the experience was positive; however, the removal of perks and discounts after a membership expires requires the use of Shopify Flow.

works and the support is there, a bit complicated to navigate and set up, some of the settings and options are hard to understand or don't give enough explanation but once set up, works great

Still the best membership app for what I need, but two main issues take it from 5 stars to 4, and may lead to me looking for alternatives soon:

-Canceled members count towards your subscription tier, which for me adds up quickly. We're on the highest tier and have to regularly manually delete canceled members to avoid paying a an even higher amount.

-Once a member cancels, their rewards/tiers aren't automatically deleted. We have to manually reset rewards for canceled members.

Pretty great app - I use it for running a members only website to access exclusive content and it works extremely well. There are some minor improvements that could be made such as the possibility of using discount "codes" in checkout as it's not entirely possible to do this however this is nitty gritty stuff. Generally the app works extremely well and helps me run my memberships with ease!

We've only been using this app for about a week but the customer service has been really great so far that I felt compelled to leave feedback based on that. We had a couple issues on install that they fixed very quickly for us.
We were debating between this app and another membership one, so sent an email with a couple questions to both before installing. Appstle responded quickly and answered all of our questions and in comparison, we just heard back after 7 days from the other one.

EDIT: After awhile of using this app, I'm taking it down to four stars. We've had many chats with support on issues we've had and keep being given solutions that don't work or different answers for things. Super frustrating. The basic app is still working great, but if you're trying to do anything outside of the basics, it's frustrating.

Support team was very helpful. Ultimately I could not use the discounts in the Bundle app because of the 20 product limitation.

Appstle is a very powerful app, but is a bit difficult to configure. I highly recommend setting it up with a Live Chat window open for assistance. Get Live Chat help whenever you want to configure something new. With help on the implementation, Appstle is amazing.

Got my first product set up smoothly, but could not access the Member Portal. Contacted support through the chat. They couldn't fix immediately so I had to wait on the dev team. Took a few days to connect with the dev team, but once I did the issue was solved in 5 minutes. Great product once it's up and running.

Have been evaluating different membership apps and Appstle app seems to be the only one not charging transaction fees. The beginning was a little challenging with multiple customer service agents and long wait times. Then I was connected to Mann who had a great idea to set up a quick meeting to discuss everything. We set up the membership plan in 30 min.

Excellent app with many options to use in a way that encourages conversions. The staff is very helpful and even offers suggestions that go beyond the original inquiry. Thanks Appstle
