We installed it on our shop as an optional thing to complement our YouTube channel, but it has been the perfect tool to allow our audience to donate directly through Shopify (where we also sell books). Also, customer service has been of great help, as we have no knowledge of coding whatsoever.

A perfect app for selling memberships. All the features that you need and easy to use user-interface. The customer service is fast and really helpful. Highly recommend.

Everytime I have requested help, they are always there ready to go. Great app with lots of options for all types of businesses. A couple of tiny hiccups as happens with software/computers but always sorted out with no hassle.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Kehanvi, a Merchant Success Manager from Appstle℠ Memberships team. I had been grappling with an issue created by another app, which I had uninstalled quite some time ago, yet it continued to cause problems. Feeling rather desperate and overwhelmed, I contacted Customer Service for help.
From the outset, Kehanvi was the epitome of professionalism. She was not only polite and courteous but also showcased her exceptional problem-solving skills by dedicating a few hours to help me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. It was apparent that she possessed a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and its integrations, and I was continually impressed by her diligence and attention to detail.
Kehanvi’s unwavering commitment to customer success was evident throughout our interaction. She patiently listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions to get to the root of the problem, and then meticulously worked through possible solutions until the issue was resolved. Her calm and collected demeanor put me at ease, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Kehanvi for any recognition or promotion that she may be considered for. She is an asset to the Appstle℠ Memberships team, and her exceptional service deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded.

This is the 3rd Membership app I have used on Shopify, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing better than Appstle Memberships. I am a real customer, my website is thelotuslookout.com they have gone above and beyond to make sure that every ounce of my needs were met with 24 hour support. Incredible!!! Do not hesitate to try this app out, there is A LOT of features, and setting it up may seem overwhelming at first, but the support is there if you need it and they will make sure you are completely satisfied before you are done working with the support team!

UPDATED 9/19/23
I initially gave Appstle Membership 5 stars.

We have been using Appstle Membership since the end of February. Unfortunatley we are still having kinks that need to be worked out, that have supposedly been fixed, the biggest issue are tags not being removed from customers when their cancelled memberships expire, which gives customers unpaid for access to membership content. I have put an ultimatum on the line and if the app isn't working properly, I will be back to shopping fo an App to handle our membership needs, which I am not looking forward to as migrating from one app to the next is a huge pain and takes a lot of time and energy.

Wow! We are a Membership/Subscription model for accessing digital content on our website. We were using ReCharge, but found lack of support, continuos issues, and the need to add apps and work arounds to have our Memberships managed well to be too much with what we were paying to ReCharge. I researched Appstle, and initially wanted to move to their subscription platform, but they recommended with my needs the Membership App would be better.

The migration went incredibly smooth, without disrupting our customers access to content, and we were able to get rid of 2 other apps that were needed with ReCharge because gating the content, and accurate tagging are taking place in Appstle Memberships. Best of all, the customer can cancel their membership at anytime, and keep access to the content until their membership expires!

We also find that the customer interface is more intuitive, and functions correctly, so I am not getting emails from customers asking me to help them cancel their memberships, because it isn't working.

The support we receive from Appstle is top notch. I do not need to create work arounds to have my site function the way it was intended. I wish we would have started with Appstle Memberships first.

Love this app. I used Recharge in the past, but love this app a lot more. It helps me to set up a digital membership for our customers, and the customer service always responds within 3 minutes. I always get help for any pages which aren't working as they should and they also tell me how to avoid the mistake next time.
