The customer service is so quick and patient. If I dont understand explanations, they custom make videos and send to me so I always get it.

Extremely helpful team, doesn't matter what time I text during the day they are there and are patient and very helpful. This app so far is working pretty good :)

They have been so helpful in setting up our store's memberships. We launch tomorrow, and my anxiety about the process is pretty much gone thanks to their real-time chat that guided me through the finer details I was missing while reading the support documents. So far, some of the best customer service I've come across in my 8 years of Shopify-ing.

Honestly, I love Appstle Memberships and Subscriptions already! I just started today and Ahmed was amazing! I was a little confused at first, but he really helped me out. I'm really excited to use the products!

I am a newbie to Shopify, particularly the apps, but I know what I want things to look like and how I desire that they function. Had a little hiccup, with my receipts getting the appropriate Member Management access. KEHANVI, keep me moving, and saved the day, Let alone my patience. She was quick to respond, and had my site back up and running in just a few minutes. She even gave me insights as to where I may have messed something up, so I dont do it again. APPSTLE is great, and their success team is PHENOMENAL. Thanks KEHAVI ( from India), you made me smile. Very Much Appreciated.

Highly recommend this App for anyone looking to add Memberships to their store. Not only do the memberships work well but the support from the staff has been excellent. They have helped me multiple times setting things up, fixing issues I had and provided excellent responses on a very personal level for my store.
