We switched to Appstle from another Membership app and couldn't be happier. Easy interface, and the best customer service as we were migrating over, they were with us every step of the way. Prarthana was especially helpful and patient with us!

I have learned to just start a chat and watch the magic happen. We use Appstle for subscriptions and now memberships. People who subscribe to a coffee product are automatically enrolled in the membership to receive automatic perks on the site. Since time is so valuable, I just ask for their help and their excellent reps on the chat make it happen fast and teach me how. Highly recommend over ReCharge.

I had a few technical issues that were all user error and the customer service team walked me through step by step on how to fix it. They were patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

After adding the app to my store, I was immediately contacted to help me get started. This is the first time I've experienced service so fast and helpful. Amazing customer service! Super quick to responded and are very knowledgeable. Their API is perfect for integrating into our apps. The only thing I can think of would be more customization for the widget and possibly a ways to bulk select members instead of typing their codes. But, other then that 5/5 and even those things we have been working around.
