The customer service team is very responsive!
The team have been very responisve, but unfortunately setting up membership suncessfully with all its perks functioning, has been challenging and quite stressful. Ive had lots of engineers give me answers, however none have solved my biggest issue yet.
Very slow tech support. Only replies to your message every 20 minutes.
my questions were answered but no solutions were reached.
