Very very happy with their customer service. Maryum was patient, experienced, and kind. She guided me through the whole setup process according to our requests. At Crescent Cast, we are focused on selling high-quality crystals and needed an app to provide our loyal customers with a membership plan. This app suits our needs perfectly and with their free plan we get to test the integration and functionality on our site. Very happy so far setting everything up, now hoping once we get people subscribing, the app remains working well. The good thing is that I know we can count on their customer service if any problem arises!

I use this app on my US store. Was very happy with the app and assistance so I installed on my UK store also. Nothing but 5*****

The App is answering our needs, but mostly their support team is incredible. Mann went above and beyond to help me set up Memberships in our store but most importantly I was very impressed by the time to respond.
Please disregard the "time spent using app", I uploaded the app to our dev store to test it first and it's been 2 weeks. Great job everyone!

This is a great membership option for shopify sites! It offers everything we were looking for. We had a previous membership app installed and it stopped working when we switched to a new theme, but luckily we were able to switch to this app and we have all the functionality we were looking for. Support is responsive and has helped me refine my members only content.
