Appstle℠ Memberships

This is actually the second time I've used this app. I manage my memberships for an online school here—transitioned to processing directly in the school for a year and a half—now returning to this app because we want to use features within the Shopify ecosystem.

There were only minor hiccups last time and they were always quickly addressed. This team has been incredibly helpful. Now that I'm coming back, they're helping with account migration, initial setup again (for the more technical parts), and even working with me to ensure my affiliate app syncs properly with my orders (specifically recurring payouts).

There are a lot of customization options, it's stable, and very intuitive (that means a lot with these apps). I highly recommend them for their app functionality as well as their support. It's a great experience!

Appstle has been an excellent platform to work with. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers a generous free starter plan that makes it accessible for growing businesses. What really stands out, though, is their customer support. Their team is always readily available, responsive, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help resolve issues or answer questions. It’s rare to find a combination of a solid product and such consistently high-quality support. Highly recommended.

So far, it’s been a great experience. The platform is smooth, intuitive, and very easy to navigate - especially from both a developer and store admin perspective on our Shopify site. You might find it hard to navigate at first if you don't have that much technical background but it's easy to learn for sure.

Overall, the experience was positive; however, the removal of perks and discounts after a membership expires requires the use of Shopify Flow.

Extensive feature set, yet intuitive to use.

We used it to create a monthly membership (subscription model) combined with additional perks (discounts) and store credit.

Great app and works well for our membership needs. The chat support is always very responsive if we have a question. We have been using it for 3 years now.

Great app and greater support. We are using the full suite of products in our store in order to maximise everything we can from the apps and they are great. They seamlessly work together, which makes everything so much easier - but they don't appear to slow the site down at all. Getting help setting up via the live chat was great - Derek & Magnus are brilliant, sharing Looms and offering other pro tips along the way. 100% recommend.

The APP itself has a few limitations, but the Support Team is incredible and they usually solve the limitations for us. They are always available within minutes, whether at 2am or 2pm. The support is truly exceptional.
