The customer service team is super patient and helpful. They are professionals and solve my problems every time I need their assistant. They response super quick too. I had a question about "Cut off days" when setting up membership renewals. Mia promptly sent me a video explanation making clear what I was asking alongside a Youtube video explaing it for subscriptions.
