Appstle℠ Memberships

I always get good help when I ask for it. I also have really enjoyed the membership feature. It is great for us as a direct primary care clinic to have this integrated with our Shopify platform to have all our billing in one place.

I’ve used Appstle Memberships for about two years now, and my experience has been excellent. Their support team is always helpful, informative, and patient whenever I need assistance. Today, I worked with a representative named Derek, who helped me make the necessary updates to my memberships, and he was very professional and easy to work with.

A few months ago, I tried using a different membership app, but I ended up moving those new memberships back over to Appstle because it is simply more reliable. I truly appreciate the quality of the app and the support behind it. Five stars!

This is actually the second time I've used this app. I manage my memberships for an online school here—transitioned to processing directly in the school for a year and a half—now returning to this app because we want to use features within the Shopify ecosystem.

There were only minor hiccups last time and they were always quickly addressed. This team has been incredibly helpful. Now that I'm coming back, they're helping with account migration, initial setup again (for the more technical parts), and even working with me to ensure my affiliate app syncs properly with my orders (specifically recurring payouts).

There are a lot of customization options, it's stable, and very intuitive (that means a lot with these apps). I highly recommend them for their app functionality as well as their support. It's a great experience!

Stefan helped us work through the challenges, make appropriate adjustments, and reviewed our Appstle profile to make sure all aspects of our business are represented appropriately through their software. Appstle has been an excellent platform to work with. The app is intuitive, easy to set up, and offers a generous free starter plan that makes it accessible for growing businesses. What really stands out, though, is their customer support. Their team is always readily available, responsive, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help resolve issues or answer questions. It’s rare to find a combination of a solid product and such consistently high-quality support. Highly recommended.

We have had a really great experience with Appstle Memberships so far. The app gives you a lot of flexibility, especially if you want to build more advanced membership flows and connect different tools.

What really stands out though is the support team. Super fast replies, incredibly patient and always helpful. A lot of the challenges honestly came more from our own setup and learning process than from Appstle itself and they still took the time to help us through everything.

So far, it’s been a great experience. The platform is smooth, intuitive, and very easy to navigate - especially from both a developer and store admin perspective on our Shopify site. You might find it hard to navigate at first if you don't have that much technical background but it's easy to learn for sure.

App is working great and customer service is excellent. I've contacted the team a few times to make customisations to the theme and they have responded within minutes and helped me. I only set the app up a few months ago and I've already had over 50 members signed up to my membership!
