I'm super grateful for the support I get when I go to the chat box. It was very helpful, quick and got me set up correctly.

I used this app to setup the membership for my Garden Co-op! Not only is the application fully featured, but the Customer Service from the developer is second to NONE! I had some questions regarding setting up certain restrictions and other membership perk related options. In each instance the team responded within minutes and addressed my concerns at the first level of support. The two times that my request required support from their engineering team, the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Did I mention that this incredible level of support was given while using their FREE plan? I'm anxious for my membership to exceed the free tier so that I can start paying these developers for such an awesome app!

This is my 2nd store that I have used this app for memberships. All I can say is this is the best customer service I have ever witnessed. The onboarding process was done with ease with the help of the agent. Would recommend this to everyone!

The customer service is amazing and the app works great!! I don't write reviews often but when I do it must mean something. The customer service is incredible and I have gone to them a few times to sort out a few issues with my store and the app. Each time they wrote back in 2 mins or less!! They helped me with my problems and even went above and beyond. Momna was especially helpful! She configured my theme customizations to the app to my liking, even though they allow you to do this with CSS (which I know very little about). For a normal app they would have just said that I could use CSS to customize it but the customer service team goes above and beyond!

This app is definitely a little more advanced than my tech abilities lol but their support is incredible. I've had fast responses every time I've reached out. They're super patient, kind, walk me through changes, and help me resolve my issues every time. They also allow a lot of customizations and auto-recognizing members so their member perks automatically apply to them which is a game-changer and automates so.much.work! I wish I was able to offer a monthly or annual payment option for my membership but there are workarounds in the meantime. Support is 10/10, and that's why I'll stay with them!
