I had the pleasure of working with Nancy both times I needed help. I really struggled with all this, and Nancy was there able to help and set up what I needed to make my whole site a membership site. She was kind and patient while I explained my needs for my store... and then she activated everything so I didn't need to deal with any extra stress. Highly recommend and the wait time for support is only a couple of minutes- can't beat that!

A very good membership management tool for Shopify with deep integration into Shopify system. Great support team and powerful features if you want to enable a membership ecommerce site.

Customer service plays a big part for beginners. they also have video tutorials to help you get started. we need more people like you all.

I already had 4 apps working together to get myself a membership idea for my customers. Why? because there was no app providing it like this one does now. All the apps together costed me more than €80 each month and a ton of work to made it all work together. This app just vanished the need for all the other apps and that for free, Amazing. The support is also so good, they help you within minutes and send you a Loom video how to do it yourself but most of the time they would already have done it for you. Amazing group!

Let me just say that the staff here has exceeded my expectations more than I can express. I have ran another Shopify store I ran for more than a decade and have experience with dozens of apps. I chose this app because of the functionality I need for a membership based website. I was having a few issues trying to set everything up and when I went to get support I was greeted within minutes. The customer service is incredible. I am by no means a shopify pro. They are extremely helpful in walking you through step by step and the response time is unmatched out of any company I have ever seen. The integrations were exactly what I needed especially with the integration with zapier. It opens infinite ideas that were otherwise impossible for me!

The app is great, they have amazing support, fast and knowledgeable. I recommend anyone who needs a subscription or membership app to use theirs. Well above the competition.
