I would leave 0 stars if I could. customer service was great until I needed to cancel. my shop has been shut down for months and they would not downgrade my plan or cancel my plan without many loops and took so long to get back to me. The design process of the app is very user friendly, I love the features and options that make it easy to navigate and the app really reflects my website which is great for branding. The app submission process was also very easy - no coding and they helped make it painless. Great customer service so far.
