Our merchants found points based loyalty and rewards programs didn't work for them or was too confusing for their customers. So we took a more traditional approach of using stamp cards digitally. Like a coffee shop: buy a coffee and hand over your loyalty card. They stamp it and you get a free coffee when you fill it. Reward your customers with discounts & more the same way. こちらのアプリを選んで本当に良かったと思っています。
最大の決め手は、バーチャルのスタンプカード機能が実装されている点でした。スタンプカードはお客様にとって直感的で分かりやすく、小規模店舗でも無理なく運用できる仕組みだと感じています。実店舗の感覚をそのままオンラインに再現できるのは大きな魅力です。

スタンプカードのデザインはカスタマイズできるので、オンラインストアのデザインに自然に溶け込む形でスタンプカードを表示できる点も、とても気に入っています。既存のブランドイメージを損なうことなく導入できました。

また、お客様は交換ボタンをクリックするだけで特典を利用でき、コードをコピーして入力する手間がありません。そのまま決済画面に自動で反映されるため、購入体験が非常にスムーズです。
操作が直感的で分かりやすく、店舗側・お客様双方にとってストレスの少ない設計だと感じています。

サポート体制も非常に安心感があります。このページの「サポートに連絡する」ボタンから問い合わせをしたところ、丁寧かつ的確な回答をいただき、スムーズに導入を進めることができました。日本語のヘルプページの整備も進んでいる印象で、今後さらに使いやすくなっていくことを期待しています。

小規模事業者にも導入しやすい、実用性の高いアプリだと思います。

We love Appy. It's very eas to use from our end with a design that is great to edit and create the perfect loyalty program. It's also easy to navigate and use for our customers. We did a lot of research into loyalty apps and have found Appy to be the best. They also have amazing customer service and we love that we have one contact and can actually speak to a person and not a huge call centre.
