look cheap and unprofessional, and they have glitches and errors. The customer service is also awful, they are unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I have a question or issue. I do not recommend this app and stay away from Aramex. I give it 1 star

App not working! Please sort out! When checking out, it is not calculating rates and shows an error.

Hopeless really. The app has not worked once since it was installed despite numerous complaints to Aramex IT here in Dubai. The fields don't populate correctly, the drop down lists appear empty so I can't click on services I require, the currency is only in USD. Thought it would help create shipments but it is only marginally better than Click to Ship which is also constantly full of bugs. We are actually thinking of paying more for shipping with another carrier just so we can have live carrier rates displayed to the customer and avoid all the data entry from Aramex. Shame as the actual delivery service is timely and professional!

Useless, you can't update your default shipping address once the account is updated, can't create shipments in bulk, and no option for assigning data like the order number within the printed shipment.

Useless app. Shipping rates don't work and generating slips doesn't work. And those are the only 2 functions of the app. So as you can see. It is useless!

The app isn't seamless. When an order comes in, you have to leave your order page and go to the App tab, click on Aramex app, go to the specific order you are working on and then again manually click & create labels (like inputting certain order details etc.). Then you have to go in separate tab to schedule for pickups etc.
Also, someone below mentioned this too, but you have to copy the Aramex tracking # before you submit for pickup, because it won't auto-populate that detail. This can lead to human errors, especially if you have multiple orders. Most importantly, if you were in the midst of creating a "label" for your new shipment and for whatever reason your page refreshes, then I'm sorry to tell you that your order VANISHES within the Aramex app. The order is still active in Shopify, but there's no way to retrieve that same order information in Aramex App, which means you can't create or print your shipping label.
The only solution is for you to contact the customer service for them to manually email you the label, which in my experience does not fit in the typical label print format. Also, if you do decide to use this app, be very cautious of your rate calculation and double check with the rate you've contracted with. Initially my rates were slightly skewed upwards, and had I not been proactively cross-checking, I would have been overcharged. There is extreme delay in delivery (reasons outside of pandemic) which the app/tracking system does not disclose with accuracy either.

what a waste of time, support dont awnser not even in the original website the app get partial details so u need to put manualy other details, cash on delivery option absent , i work with this company for 2 month now i have prepaid account with them i have send packages with them but in conclusion, try to avoid a maximum to work with them they will never help u grow

This plug in does not work... Fortunately for Aramex the rating system on Shopify has only stars, I would have preferred if Shopify had given five "dustbins" along with the stars so that we could give negative ratings.

Since I live in Dubai and I am used to the crappy service Aramex gives (I have several complaint e-mail that I have written to Aramex to back this claim) I guess I should not be surprised that this plugin from Aramex does not work!

This is the message from the plugin for the past several weeks;

"Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time."
