Fantastic Customer service, any issues get sorted straight away! The app also does an amazing job at capturing all tagged content, highly recommend!
Pricing info is confusing. Some transparency would be good. Either start with a low-tier plan or forced to talk to a sales agent is not a good first impression.
We've been using Archive for about a year now and it fills a major need for us. If you're running an influencer or UGC program at any kind of scale you're going to need something like this - and there really isn't any direct competitor I'm even aware of.
It does exactly what it promises to do; automatically finds and (ummm...) archives any UGC that's posted about your brand on Instagram and Tiktok - as long as you're @mentioned in the post. (On IG it will capture hashtags too.)
Just based on that, it's worth it in the hours saved. But there are a couple of other things that are worth mentioning that make it a little better than that:
1. It captures and downloads Stories, which otherwise might not last long enough for you to even find them.
2. It has built in tools to help you speed up the rights-request process.
3. It's putting all of that content into a visual "wall" where you can tag and sort it to your liking which is a lot easier/more intuitive than doing that in Dropbox or Google Drive.
4. It's being developed really quickly and they have a great team that's putting a ton of effort into it. They've gone way above and beyond to help me with whatever issues I've had.

I was very happy being one of the first stores to try Archive when it first came out, and when it was reasonably priced/had a free tier. I dropped it to two stars when they made the price tiers absurd for a DTC store owner and removed the free tiers altogether to display the feed. Recently I gave Archive a try again when the founder Paul reached out - we've communicated back and forth for months regarding satisfaction and I declined an extended trial - as I would rather not use it if it was tiered like this, was firm on my review, and decided not to use it for the past 9 months since I made my second review update.
After a few months of re-adjusting and tweaking, to where it makes sense to use it - I'm satisfied again. The shoppable feeds make it worth it, and I am satisfied with how it is at my price tier though I can't say I'm a fan of it scaling off of store sessions. I just wanted to display customers who wanted to show off my products and I don't think that warrants a large expense that costs more than 4-5 apps combined from my base SaaS stack.
This review was not incentivized in any way, and I feel that it was fairly earned through pure attempts at trying to satisfy my needs and to make a product reasonably priced and logical for your small business owner. I think at its current state, I would recommend it to most. Will continue to update my review as time goes on.
It's been great to know so many images and reels are being captured and the help desk has been so valuable with my questions!
