Needed help ASAP when app wasn't displaying correctly on my website - they responded pretty much instantly and were with me until the problem was fixed. Best customer service I've had.

App works great for both automated and manual imports. The support team is responsive, helpful and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

The email reply was very timely and helped to modify the content that was not part of their software, great software, and customer service, this is the third time I use their software

Contacted support because of syncing issue with my theme and received a reply immediately after telling a hotfix has been done! App is working flawlessly now.

I recently had an issue where I was trying to add product ratings under the product title on my product page. I followed the installation guide, but it was not working so I contacted support for help. And within about two or three hours they fixed it for me.
Importing reviews is very easy and I even added the carousel review widget to my homepage. This app is basically an all in one for reviews, and I am very very impressed! Especially with the fast response for support.

excellent review app

perfect for aliexpress dropshippers because it imports well from aliexpress, and it also has what most dedicated aliexpress apps dont have which is an auto customter review email that is sent out after they purchase.

super quick customer service i got replies within the hour, and i suggested some little things the app could do better and the developer is very open to adding new features and improvements, he showed the list of things he is working on too and this app is going to be even better when those are added.

excellent - i have literally tried every review app but not one bridged the gap well between getting ali express reviews and also having an email follow up to get real reviews from customers - they either do one or the other well but not both.
This one does both very well.

Awesome app, does exactly what it says and more. The support, however, is the best part of the app. Very helpful, clear, and takes into consideration any suggestions you have and actually implements them...and quickly! Cannot recommend enough.

It has a lot of nice features that are very customizable. The support is very helpful as well. Great app.
