Not only is the app itself so helpful and a true must have, the customer support is even better. They answered all my questions and helped with whatever I needed and answered so quickly each time! The best.
Absolute trash support. Use Loox reviews don't use this garbage app. The most insincere and rude customer service I've ever experienced on shopify. Stay away from this app. Also very outdated compared to Loox and Stamped, etc.. Screw this app.

I find it quite good however it doesn't catch duplicate reviews so its best you have a look in your admin to ensure accuracy and all in all for the price a ok
Hello, just make sure not to import from same url again
if you want new reviews you can enable import reviews based on date filter
like import reviews from 5 days ago till now only
this way will prevent duplication
