Installed with great customer support. They sorted the coding for my store, checked in to see if I needed them more than once- which I liked! Set up system was simple and thorough. Support has been almost immediate in every instance. I'm very happy with this app and the support. Only newly installed with plenty of customization options. This app is fantastic, and additionally the service is phenomenal. Super quick responding to queries and helping. I highly advise this app for anyone with amazon products and want to import reviews as you can quickly paste your asin link and away you go. Simplistic with all the features needed.

It's pretty easy to use once you spend some time learning it. It has lots of other features, not only importing reviews and they have the best customer service you can imagine! Very fast and helpful!

I would highly recommend you all download this app. It is the best review apps that I have ever used and if u have any problems just emailed them, they replied really really fast and of course, it is helpful. Just ignoring all the 1-star reviews because they don't really understand how to use this app and the value of it brings. Besides, the premium price is quite affordable so I can't see any reasons why you should not download this app.
