do nada o aplicativo começou a apresentar falhas, e essas falhas fizeram as imagens das minhas avaliações sumirem. além de sumir todas as avaliações em algumas paginas de produtos. não teve jeito, tive que mudar para outro app melhor. Correção: o suporte me informou que foi devido a uma atualização. e me enviaram uma lista CSV de todas as avaliações que eu tinha. foi justo, e por conta disso vou retirar retificar meu comentário negativo.

Don't install this app. It has no support whatsoever. I Unintentionally uninstalled the paid version of the app 5 days ago. Reinstalled to take advantage of the plan I already paid and was downgraded to the free plan. Contact support for 3 times with NO ANSWERS and worst all my reviews were removed from my store. Please don't make the same mistake I did, RUN AWAY FROM THIS APP. Also it makes your store run slower.

i was using another app since few months for aliexpress reviews, that app was good enough.
but when i have seen this app and found that it has additional options such as replace some words or delete a words, i thought to give it a try as that will save a time instead of deleting those words manually such as " aliexpress" but also i thought not to waist time and stay with my current app.
actually i have tested all ali reviews apps before and spent many hours on this issue. so i said let me spend one more hour here and i did.

The app was so amazing and perfect in a way that made me angry.
usually i used to give some suggestions and find many mistake with any app i use, but here there was nothing to be added, everything was perfect,
so i spent more time to find something that let me stay with my current app, as i don't like to change it, finally i found an issue with this app related to how it looks on mobile screen.
i contacted the developer of this app on Saturday and told him the issue, i expected that he will reply on Monday and expected that he will tell me that he will do the change with next update, but the surprise was that he replied me within only 15 min and told me the issue was fixed and it was really fixed.
THIS APP IS JUST PERFECT, AMAZING AND HAS GREAT PERSON TO SUPPORT IT.

Use loox, trust me, this app has fake 5 star reviews for their app. This is dog shit. They don't care about their users. Uncivil people made this app and work for this app. This app is ran by a bunch of monkeys. Very difficult to deal with scumbags like these people.

Absolute trash support. Use Loox reviews don't use this garbage app. The most insincere and rude customer service I've ever experienced on shopify. Stay away from this app. Also very outdated compared to Loox and Stamped, etc.. Screw this app.
