Your app description is a little misleading, First of all it says it automatically imports product reviews from Oberlo, Importify, Dropified, Aliexpress, expressfy, modalyst which not so. THE products reviews with your app looks like is only available to import product reviews from aliexpress and shein not the other app that you mentioning in your app description there's no oberlo or amazon or any other suppliers on you app other then aliexpress and shein. Second of all with your app the product reviews aren't imported automatically each product has to be done manually just so persons who use it are aware. you need to cut and paste every ALI EXPRESS PRODUCT very time consuming then filter fraudulent duplicate ALI Reviews
We were sorry to hear about your experience. We didn't claim that the app import everything automatically, and automatically word is not in whole description. I suggested you to use the extension to import reviews from Oberlo, it will help you to import without having to search for the links, and you can import for 20 products in one click, to do that from the menu 1- click on integration then Oberlo Integration.
We don't support Suppliers since you can't reach their reviews, we wrote in the description "We Only Support Importing from Aliexpress,Amazon & Shien" & if you have issue with amazon please reply to the message we sent to you and we will sure fix it or make thing clear of how to use it.
Muito ruim, possui ferramentas muito boas porém o funcionamento é péssimo, você faz as avaliações e o site não salvam vários rewies, e algo que era para ser feito em meia hora demora 2 horas, eu tenho a versão paga do app e vou desinstalar, ruim demais! já estava me estressando com o desempenho horrível do app e na última tentativa, TODOS os review não foram salvos, não dou 0 estrelas pq não tem como!
Hello, for importing reviews you must insert the link for the product you want or use the extension for bulk import if you're using one of supported apps such as Oberlo, there's no way we can get links for all your products without these 2 methods and that apply for all shopify apps as its mandatory step to get product link somehow.
Initially they made me wait a day for a request, but as soon as I solicited, they took care of it quickly and professionally.

I find it quite good however it doesn't catch duplicate reviews so its best you have a look in your admin to ensure accuracy and all in all for the price a ok
Hello, just make sure not to import from same url again
if you want new reviews you can enable import reviews based on date filter
like import reviews from 5 days ago till now only
this way will prevent duplication
The app is great! It imported my reviews from Amazon seamlessly and makes it easy to sync (I'm doing it manually, but you can upgrade to auto-sync). Emails are sent after a customer order with a link to review the product - and the emails are customizable with design and dynamic information such as product, date, name, etc. The presentation of reviews is nice and easily customizable with good template options. And while the app isn't very intuitive and doesn't have great documentation, the support has been excellent and very responsive! I've sent 6-8 support questions in the last couple of days with quick, helpful responses. Definitely would recommend.

I don't know about you guys, but that CLEARLY says LIVE CHAT. It's not nice to accuse people of lying. I have screenshots. I'll keep the review at 2 stars though even with the personal attack because when you guys ARE able to help, you guys are very capable and usually fix things in under 5 minutes.

it wont extract all of the reviews from the source page. How do i know? because the source clearly shows 1500 reviews and when i import im only getting 80. No filters on.
the biggest reason for the 2 stars is that they dont have LIVE help. it says they do but its ALWAYS OFF and you have to send a message. I've sent 2 emails asking for help now and they just send me the bad youtube videos i've already seen. The turnaround time has been almost 24 hours.. which feels like a lifetime when you need help NOW. I need LIVE HELP. EVERYONE NEEDS LIVE HELP.

Assinei o plano pago, mas agora quando entro no app aparece ´Fatal Error´ Ja mexi nos codigos mas mesmo assim nao funciona, decepcionado!
Sorry for the inconvenience; it was an unexpected and unavoidable error.
We fixed the issue, and now everything is back to normal we will make sure such errors won't happen again.
This app has a lot of great functions. Customer service is also very quick and good. The only negative comments is that the user interface is not as efficient or intuitive as it could be so it can take a long time to get it exactly as you want it. However, once you've set it up, it's great. If they could fix the UI, I'd give it 5 stars.
Your app description is a complete lie and false info. Why? THE products reviews with your app looks like is only available to import product reviews from aliexpress and shein not the other app that you mentioning in your app description there's no oberlo or amazon or any other suppliers on you app other then aliexpress and shein. Second of all with your app the product reviews aren't imported automatically it has to be done manually for each product. My question is why are your decriping your app with false info. that's why probably you don't have many customers and I will probably be deleting your app as well from my store because everything is false with your app. Because of that I will be giving you 1 star rating and my recommandation for you would be to honest with people and update the true benefits with your app.
