I love this app. Very fast support, and help. What a great add-on app!

I'd recommend all shops to get this, everything is easy to set up and it doesn't take more than 5 mins to do that. Please don't make any big changes support team because it is working so well now. This has been the app i've been waiting for, there are no similar apps out there that is easy to use. Thank you so much

This App and it's fantastic customer service are to be highly recommended, we have been shop owners working on Shopify for 3 years now and this is the BEST customer care we have gotten from ANY App Period! They are quick to reply and even quicker to resolve any issue we have had. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND, thanks especially going out to Ahmad for his most excellent customer service, we noticed that our reviews were not posting ... once again Shopify made some changes in their system WITHOUT informing their paid subscribers, and this caused the reviews to NOT post... we contacted Areviews and they immediately got back to us and resolved this within 20 minutes keeping in constant contact whether it is day, night or weekend. I cannot emphasise how impressed we are after dealing with many App developers whose Apps have created chaos in our business platform causing loss of customers, income and Google SEO... we are very happy that finally Shopify has at least ONE App that not only works but the developers work too...

I have used this app for a long time, and it is very complete in all aspects, and the customer service is relatively fast.

I requested support on a Sunday to help on stall it in a 1 product store. It was quick and easy. The instructions were very clear.

This app is the best review app with so many more features. Most important is the app developer support is just out of this world.
So fast and will try to help you with anything, he even helped me fix small issue which was theme related..

Sadly not so happy. Wish it would work better. Sometimes it does import 6 (free plan) reviews good. Sometimes not at all, evewn though reviews exist on Ali. Also the integration into Oberlo works even less good with less options. Most of the times it cannot import the reviews.... :( wish it would work....
