I have added lots of reviews manually through Areviews app, but one day, almost all of them can not be published and display ( only 6 reviews can be shown ).
Sorry for Inconvenience we sent you 3 messages but we didn't get any reply from you, also you could contact us before writing this review and we will help you to publish all of them.
Free plan is limited to 6 reviews for imported reviews only but for reviews written from your store you can publish them from store reviews page which is not limited to publish number as imported reviews page.

The app stopped working on a crucial day and cost me hundreds of dollars. When I click this app in the apps dashboard, it never updates the next page. It just crashes or doesn't stop trying to load the page. I contacted support but they have failed to help me resolve this asap and I will probably lose another couple hundred dollars today. I bought this app and it doesn't work.
This App down for a whole day in the last month, no review appears. No help with SEO, don't show review star rating on the search result.
Not able to export reviews.
We hope you can add Rich Snippets of star rating and export review in the future update.
Sorry for inconvenience we caused the issue was caused by our host due changes in php server since we moved to bigger server to server more customers and make the app loading faster. the app was down for 1-2 hours and we fixed it .This downtime was unavoidable but we will make sure not to have one anymore.

On the free plan, you are limited to 6 imported reviews per product, and unlimited reviews written from your store

do nada o aplicativo começou a apresentar falhas, e essas falhas fizeram as imagens das minhas avaliações sumirem. além de sumir todas as avaliações em algumas paginas de produtos. não teve jeito, tive que mudar para outro app melhor. Correção: o suporte me informou que foi devido a uma atualização. e me enviaram uma lista CSV de todas as avaliações que eu tinha. foi justo, e por conta disso vou retirar retificar meu comentário negativo.

You can disable the app from Importing filters at the top

i was using another app since few months for aliexpress reviews, that app was good enough.
but when i have seen this app and found that it has additional options such as replace some words or delete a words, i thought to give it a try as that will save a time instead of deleting those words manually such as " aliexpress" but also i thought not to waist time and stay with my current app.
actually i have tested all ali reviews apps before and spent many hours on this issue. so i said let me spend one more hour here and i did.
The app was so amazing and perfect in a way that made me angry.
usually i used to give some suggestions and find many mistake with any app i use, but here there was nothing to be added, everything was perfect,
so i spent more time to find something that let me stay with my current app, as i don't like to change it, finally i found an issue with this app related to how it looks on mobile screen.
i contacted the developer of this app on Saturday and told him the issue, i expected that he will reply on Monday and expected that he will tell me that he will do the change with next update, but the surprise was that he replied me within only 15 min and told me the issue was fixed and it was really fixed.
THIS APP IS JUST PERFECT, AMAZING AND HAS GREAT PERSON TO SUPPORT IT.
