This is a very well organized app and I am impressed with how good it looks on my thank you page, very professional and looks like someone with an extensive development team had designed my site. Terrific app, thank you!
Low to no maintenace with Ark so far. I'm not super techy and had no trouble with installing this app. Helps that the chat support is always there even if I have simple questions.

Very good customer support
I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase their store's average order value. It helped to increase our AOV by a significant amount, around 13-16%. It's also very user-friendly and has quite possibly the best customer service support team. Just a great app all around!
This app is exactly what I was looking for and can't believe it is completely free!!. I ran into some minor issues/questions and despite it is a Free app, James support was outstanding!, he was extremely helpful and responsive!
Looking forward to see how my conversion rate improves now that is up and running :)
