the thing I liked from this app a lot is their customer service - they answered every question I had, and helped me with every difficulty. However the design of the app in-store could be improved - which it will over time

This AR software works perfect and it did have increased my sales a lot! I contacted the customer service if they could help me with intergrating the app to my product page, because my product page is custom made. ARspar intergrated the application for me and also the 3d models to the product page correctly without any issues! I really recommend ARspar because it did increased my sales a lot and they have the best customer service!

SCAM! Ordered and paid their service with PayPal. Got this answer 4-5 days later. They sent me this message after 4-5 days waiting: "Hi Julian, Just got an update from our modeling team that creating patterns(dragon) takes more time than expected. If you want us to go with modeling; it will be €350 in total to create the model. If you don't want us to go further, we will refund your money back. Let me know how you would like to proceed. Thanks, Weronika
Modeling expert" Asked for a refund and it isn't still back on my PayPal account. Don't recommend this service at all. Will hire someone from Fiverr for 50-100 USD. Thanks for waisting my time :)

Their communication is great! The application interface can be improved, but the current version does not create any obstacles.
