I've been using Art of Where since my Etsy times in 2017 and later in Shopify all the way until 2026 and counting.
It is true that (so far) their production times are on the slow side, but they make up for it with some of the best products in my shop, the quality of their fabrics and the printing are unparalleled, people love them despite the wait, and when there is an issue, they have always solved it.
The app works very well, I like how easy is to create new products,sync them to the orders, send them to production, and then the app also handles the order confirmation with Shopify (which not all POD apps can do). It's also very easy and fast filter and ignore other products from Shopify, which helps keep everything organized.
Despite the speed, Art of Where is a reliable company, with great customer service, and the app is safe and easy to use.
Art of Where is my go to print on demand company. The colours are vibrant, the service spectacular and the helpdesk is friendly and solves any problems quickly. Since 2018 this has been my go to print on demand company! Try them you won't be disappointed! 10 out of 10
