First I want to say I like what and how this app looks to work and would love to use it.
I had issues installing the app and Luis helped to get the setup somewhat complete after 4-5 resets of the app. Once I was able to get the customizer working and wanted to test I could not get the customize and add to cart button to present correctly. there would be 2 buttons 1 was customize and add to cart the other was just add to cart.
I tried for almost 4 days to communicate with support with no responses. I tried to follow the instructions but I did not have the lines of code they were explaining. On the 5th day I receive an email stating that I need to add something. I looked for a CSS file but didn't have one so I asked them to send the invite.
"I checked your product page and your theme uses a very rare naming convention for the "Add to Cart" button, so the App cannot find it. If you are familiar with css, can you add the following css class to the "Add to Cart" button: artistry-add-button? If not, I can send you a Shopify Staff invite so you authorize us to do it for you. This should take care of the problem. "
When I said yes please send they sent the request then proceeded to NOT log in and just stated the following:
"Unfortunately I won't be able to complete this request before your free trial expires as I estimated because the required changes are more that I thought would be necessary. I apologize about the inconvenience but I've gotten a lot of unexpected work tasks during the last week that I have to prioritize at this moment."
This is not good support (I have 20 days still in the trial BTW), it sounds like this would be a simple fix that you were willing to assist with and now you change you mind and ask me to uninstall the app.
Again I would love to use the app but support does not want to make their product work correctly so it can be used.
If support does in-fact decide to assist then I will revise my review as I do like what the app has to offer.

Tried to reach out to them several times via phone and email, reinstalled the tool but it's still not working.
I like this app. I used to love it.
I got on board with Artistry when Luis had just launched it, it was promising, it needed work but it definitely had potential. there was a lot of talk about Special AI that helps sell more products to your customers and when you contacted Luis he would respond instantly and really push the level of support through the roof to help you. Best of all was the commission based pricing structure that meant they would earn as you would earn so you knew they were really entwined in giving you a better product.
Fast forward a few months and not much has changed with the app itself. The Dropbox integration is a really good addition that saves time - this is probably the most unique thing about the app and i haven't found it elsewhere (yet...).
Other things have changed though. All that talk of specialist AI (Frida was it??) has completely gone. The pricing increased by changing the structure to a minimum payment and then commission based when it goes above that. The commission rate is very high compared to other apps of this type on the market.
The back end is quite clunky and difficult to understand until you fully get your head around how it works. It took me several weeks to work it all out and I'm not exactly a technophobe. The whole product template creation process is not very intuitive at all, there is no flow to the situation.
And so to the Support. Cindy is a co-founder and the support Guru. She is really helpful and always responds, the problem is that as artistry has expanded Luis still seems to be the only developer and when things go wrong with the app it can take a long time to get fixed (it doesn't happen often but it does happen). It feels like Luis concentrates his attention on those customers that are paying extra for customisation of the template (quite rightly in his eyes).
IN SUMMARY: Artistry has let things slip recently. They started off so well and maybe its just growing pains as they get bigger, but they need to up their game to compete with newer, cheaper and more polished apps like Zakeke.
