Overwhelming impressed with the app and the customer service. We had a long road in getting our store set up with ArtPlacer, but the team helped us every step of the way. They not only stepped in to troubleshoot when needed, but they did it happily and quickly.
The app is easy to use, implement, and works seamlessly with our shop. The mobile implementation is particularly impressive, as it manages to maintain its simplicity and usefulness even on a small screen.
We were worried the app might be too tricky for the average customer to figure out, but were happy to hear from our focus group testers at how easy it turned out to be for them. We were so confident with it we launched right into a large marketing event and it performed without a hitch. We had dozens of people sending us feedback about how easy the app was to use, how helpful it was to be able to visualise artwork in their homes, and it has already more than paid for its subscription cost.
