I'm currently bulding my first photography website. I love how this try-before-you-buy tool will allow my visitors to see the art in their homes.
Professional app! This app provides me with everything to make it my costumers as easy as possible to view my artworks online. So happy with it! Also an amazing service. Overwhelming impressed with the app and the customer service. We had a long road in getting our store set up with ArtPlacer, but the team helped us every step of the way. They not only stepped in to troubleshoot when needed, but they did it happily and quickly.
The app is easy to use, implement, and works seamlessly with our shop. The mobile implementation is particularly impressive, as it manages to maintain its simplicity and usefulness even on a small screen.
We were worried the app might be too tricky for the average customer to figure out, but were happy to hear from our focus group testers at how easy it turned out to be for them. We were so confident with it we launched right into a large marketing event and it performed without a hitch. We had dozens of people sending us feedback about how easy the app was to use, how helpful it was to be able to visualise artwork in their homes, and it has already more than paid for its subscription cost.
Can't say enough about how positive my experience has been with the app and the team. Looking forward to future updates!

I have found this app useful on my art website as people can see my artworks on a predetermined wall as well as on their own wall if they are happy to photograph it. It also allows them to see my artworks in real-time if they are happy to download the Artplacer app. Unfortunately, the link to the app only shows the Apple store, even though the Artplacer app is available in Google Play. I am not sure whether it is worth $29 per month, but I will continue to use it as it is the only AR app available on Shopify.

I initially gave it 5 stars when it just came out. I have now been using the app for more than 2 years and have to downgrade to 2.
What made me to downgrade: I waited for almost a year for ArtPlacer to implement the "analytics" section (all apps now have it out-of-the-box), b) when they finally implemented Analytics, the monthly price doubled from $30 to $60. Really? So for the standard subscription I can't even see how many people used the app?
Second, the quality of their support. I send ArtPlacer a request to uninstall and unsubscribe the app a week ago. It's been a dozen emails back and worth and they still haven't done it. And with every email, they're dragging their feet. I have to double check their work every step of the way, and every step of the way they don't do it right. Latest example, instead of uninstalling it, the app first shows up and then is hidden with JS so they just left all of their crappy code and just added more on top.

It wasn't our intention to disappoint you. We always strive hard to ensure all our subscribers are happy with our platform, features, apps and services.
We can certainly understand how frustrating could be to having had waited for a feature that was supposed to make a big difference to your workflow and to realize it does not meet your expectations. At the same time we do also understand it is hard to afford added value software sometimes.
We are working hard to improve the way we communicate about the features available on each plan.
It's evident we've fallen short in this instance. Our most sincere apologies on behalf the entire ArtPlacer Staff.
