It has been the best POD partner so far. But it has been having multiple issues lately, with orders placed in Shopify not being transferred to my ArtsAdd account and showing as 'Fulfilled' when they have not even been processed.
My requests for help have been ignored so far.

I order some shoes a while back and nothing but EXCELLENT service and great shipping. Shipping did take a little longer than expected since its from overseas, but definitely will order again :)

ArtsAdd has been a great company servicing our business needs. The fulfillment times and product quality are good. We recommend using them, especially for their bags!

My experience over the last 4 years with ArtsAdd has been mostly positive. I like that they assign you a customer service person, who you can email if there are issues. They are usually very responsive. The only thing that I find that they are lacking on is when items are lost in transit, which is rarely, they are slower to refund and ask you to wait weeks for a full refund. Quality has been consistent. I wish their packaging was a bit better because items sometimes arrived with dents from being shipped in plastic bags with no reinforcement.

I have used Artsadd for about three years now and I absolutely love them!! Customer service is great, and they are always adding new items for us to design. They are my first and favored POD service.
