Our team finds their service friendly and the response time is within 24h in general less than an hour given the time difference. The quality of their products is good ! Seems very cheap chinese import. Lots of spelling errors all over their pages and I can't even uninstall it!
1. You can uninstall any app at any time by following the steps below.
(Shopify backend settings -> apps and sales channels -> select the app and click delete)
Our app does not have any permissions to restrict your uninstallation
