I installed the app, then I upgraded just to see what the "customized jewelry box" would look like with my logo, etc. I wasn't impressed, so tried to downgrade back to the free version. I looked everywhere, could not find anywhere to change my subscription. I reached out to support (via chat). I got a response via email a few hours later.
