We like the app, but even better than the app itself is the team behind it. We appreciate all of the support and the time they spent going above and beyond when we had an issue. Not only did they find what was wrong, but they did a custom fix for our store specifically which was much appreciated! Also, the feedback was daily, I never had to wait long periods of time to get answers. So, A+ for customer service for sure, thanks again guys!

I'm changing my review as initially this was great and has quickly changed without explanation. The discount code option has disappeared and request emails are not coming through to ourselves as tests nor our intended customers. Nor have I received a reply about any of these issues. Please reply, this app is great if it works.
Looks like a great app to help accumulate sales, and even invite customers who otherwise may not shop our site. Looking forward to some great things with this app!

We noticed that the icon isn't showing up in the store - you need to make sure that you enable the app in the app dashboard (there's a toggle in the upper right corner of the dashboard screen).

Well, none of my customers have used it as of yet, so I cannot comment on the performance of the app. I can say it is a very clever idea and would prove useful once finally used.
So far so good. Right now the only thing I wish I could change is the text "ask to buy supported" that's displayed on the product page.

I liked the simplicity of the app. Easy to operate and the icon can be moved to the left or right of your choice. The application Does not slow down site loading speed which is another advantage. Here is a link to my site and you can see what it looks like before you install.

Hi Craig and thanks for not giving up on the app.
We looked at your site and indeed it seems that the app isn't showing. Usually the reason for that is that the app wasn't activated for some reason.
Please go to the app dashboard, and make sure that the toggle button that's in the upper-right corner of the dashboard is active. If not - click it and refresh your site. The Ask To Buy icon should now show up in the the bottom of your site.
