Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

元々はCRM向上のために、チェックアウト完了画面でのアンケートに導入しましたが、使い勝手が良いので他にも様々な場所にアンケートが設置でき、非常に便利です。
日本のスタッフの方がいるので分からない時も安心して聞けますし、
困ったことや要望にも迅速に対応いただきました。非常に助かりました。

The app works well and has been easy to use for our needs. We’ve used it for a simple post-purchase survey to find out how customers heard about us, and it performed exactly as expected with no issues. Since we used it during a free promotional period, I can't speak much to the value for the money, but based on our experience so far, it seems like a solid tool for basic survey needs.

The app works not perfecty in the backand (sometimes you have to open the surveys twice to edit something), but the usecase und the information you get from the customers is very useful. The app for free is easy 5 stars ;)

After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. His support exceeded modern expectations, going above and beyond, which we deeply value.We plan to continue using Asklayer for future customer outreach campaigns and highly recommend it to others looking to implement similar improvements on their sites.

I tested lots of survey apps and this one takes the crown! Very easy to use, lots of customization options, great reports, and the support is just stellar! I asked for a feature I was missing and they added it the next day! Highly recommend.
