Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

Asklayer is very user-friendly and allowed me to quickly and easily get a custom survey up in my store

The customization options are fantastic, allowing us to tailor the interface to match our brand seamlessly.

This app is fantastic—user-friendly with outstanding support. We’ve been using it across multiple markets, and it works well. The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually. The design can occasionally feel less intuitive, but we’ve always managed to set things up just the way we want. Anthony has been incredibly helpful, providing quick and reliable support. Definitely one of our top Shopify apps.

There was a bug and it got resolved within 2 hours. The support is done in-house and they speak English properly.
