AskLayer has been a game-changer for our Shopify store! The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually. It is very useful, but quite expensive.

I tried three of the cheapo survey apps before giving up and paying for this. You get what you pay for, it's true!
