Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

The surveys can connect to flows and you can use the answers in them for conditionals. I've set up a few customer service flows already and it looks like exactly what I needed.

After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. Anthony, the founder, was instrumental in helping us tailor the app to our needs and was incredibly responsive to feedback on a couple of features. It was a little confusing at first with the single page survey and email template setup but the documentation is good. Once I got the hang of it it's a great app.

The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually.
