Asklayer Survey & NPS for pros

The surveys can connect to flows and you can use the answers in them for conditionals. I've set up a few customer service flows already and it looks like exactly what I needed.

After testing most of the similar options in the Shopify App Store for a multi-page customer feedback survey, we ultimately chose Asklayer as our solution. It was a little confusing at first with the single page survey and email template setup but the documentation is good. Once I got the hang of it it's a great app.

This app is fantastic—user-friendly with outstanding support. We’ve been using it across multiple markets, and it works well. The only area for improvement would be the translation setup, which needs to be configured for each survey individually. The design can occasionally feel less intuitive, but we’ve always managed to set things up just the way we want. Anthony has been incredibly helpful, providing quick and reliable support. Definitely one of our top Shopify apps.
