Just had an introduction call with Assisty. Great explanation and really listens to the questions you have. When you put in the questions beforehand they really get back to those as well.

100% recommend.

Still getting to grips with the app, but it seems to have the inventory forecasting capabilities we need. Darius was really helpful on our demo call!

I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry for the delay in my response and for not keeping you updated sooner. That was completely my mistake, and I understand how frustrating this must have been for you.

We received your request last week and discussed it with the team right away. The current reorder suggestions use the same min and max inventory levels for all products, but we’re updating it to suggest reorder quantities based on each product’s specific settings.

We’re working hard to complete this update, and I promise it will be ready by the end of this week.
