App not working correctly, the support is not answering. Do not recommend.

I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry for the delay in my response and for not keeping you updated sooner. That was completely my mistake, and I understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
We received your request last week and discussed it with the team right away. The current reorder suggestions use the same min and max inventory levels for all products, but we’re updating it to suggest reorder quantities based on each product’s specific settings.
We’re working hard to complete this update, and I promise it will be ready by the end of this week.
I can’t apologize enough for letting you down, and I really hope you’ll give us another chance to deliver the solution you need. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns—I’m here to help.

At first this app seemed so promising. All the right reports, features and data points. After the initial excitement of finding a reliable inventory management reporting app, we found that it was way too slow to use. Reports took way too long to generate and navigating the app took eons to load after every click or would straight out give an error message that the data or report couldn't be loaded.
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with our app. After a thorough investigation, we identified a system issue on the day you installed the app, leading to the performance problems you experienced.
I’m pleased to inform you that the issue has been fully resolved. If you consider reinstalling the app, I’m confident you’ll find it now operates smoothly and efficiently.

They have taken away edit columns, I guess that was easier than to make them work correctly. Will be cancelling AI Inventory Management before it bills again. Pretty much useless!
