Incredibly helpful and quick support! The app itself provides a myriad of very useful reports that fill in the gaps with the shopify reports.

I am using this app to help us better gain visibility to our sales and inventory. They have been very helpful with any questions I have had.

This is the first app that has an out of stock by days tracking report that I've seen. Steve and his team have been very helpful in improving the report to our needs and were promptly responsive. If you have a custom report you are after I'm confident assisty will already have it or will be able to help create it for you. I highly recommend you try them.
