Llevo muchos meses utilizando la aplicación e intentando encontrar la forma de integrarla en nuestro trabajo diario para sustituir a Stocky, que era la herramienta que utilizábamos anteriormente.
Durante este tiempo he mantenido varias reuniones con vuestro equipo. En muchas ocasiones la respuesta siempre es la misma: "lo revisaremos". Sin embargo, la mayoría de las propuestas nunca llegan a materializarse y, cuando planteo cuestiones más complejas, en muchas ocasiones simplemente dejan de responder.
Mi sensación es que la aplicación se ha vuelto excesivamente compleja. Hay demasiada información, muchos apartados que duplican exactamente los mismos datos y una navegación que resulta poco intuitiva. En lugar de simplificar la gestión del stock, acaba complicándola.
Además, el rendimiento deja bastante que desear. La aplicación es lenta y muchas acciones tardan demasiado en ejecutarse, algo que en el día a día supone una pérdida de tiempo importante.
He recomendado vuestra aplicación a varias personas que trabajan con Shopify y buscaban una alternativa a Stocky. Curiosamente, todos hemos llegado a las mismas conclusiones: hay un exceso de información poco útil, la interfaz resulta complicada y el rendimiento es demasiado lento para un uso profesional.
Creo sinceramente que la aplicación tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita simplificarse. Menos información, una estructura más clara, mayor velocidad y una comunicación mucho más ágil con los clientes. A día de hoy, esa es la principal barrera para poder recomendarla con total confianza.

Valoramos muchísimo tus comentarios y ya estamos ejecutando un plan de acción basado exactamente en tus sugerencias: simplificar la interfaz, optimizar el rendimiento y añadir las funciones que solicitaste (filtros de exclusión y mínimos por almacén). El fundador te ha enviado un correo electrónico personal con todos los detalles. Apreciamos enormemente tu paciencia y que nos ayudes a ser mejores.
We have been using Assisty to help manage stock replenishment between our stores, and so far its AI recommendations have saved us a significant amount of time while helping us make better inventory decisions across locations.
Customer service has also been outstanding. Alex has been incredibly helpful throughout the process. Booking an onboarding session was quick and easy, and he has always been available whenever we've had questions.
Overall, a great experience and a very useful app for multi-store inventory management.
As soon as Stocky will be no longer available, I looked for a similar app and I found this one. It is perfect and very simple to use. Moreover, if you have any problem Rio will help you in any matter. If you have Stocky and you want to replace it, this is a perfect solution
EXCELLENT Customer Service. App has an initial learning curve, but makes good sense once you understand. Is an improvement on Stocky to be sure, and covers stocky functionality we used previously (for 5 years...)
I'm not sure I can write a strong enough reference for Assisty, and Alex, who has been working diligently with me to set up Assisty to replace Stocky.
We have a significant amount of data (25,000+ SKUs, 1,000+ vendors, thousands of POs a year). Assisty is well set up to replace Stocky, with better UX, added capabilities, and top notch support.

Alex was very very helpful getting us setup on Assisty and was more than happy to show us how to maximize our use of the app. We had many questions given that our store has a very large catalog and Alex took the time to show us how to manage our particular needs. He even offered to look into customizing the app for some functionalities that weren't offered yet.
I have been shopping around for a good inventory control app and this was the best I could find. Highly recommend if you're looking to manage a large catalog and need to look at suggestions and data while doing so!
Updated: Excellent support. They are going to add the A, B & C rating to the buying table. Looking forward to using this tool!
This tool looks like a good replacement for Stocky. They do make the claim that it does everything that Stocky did. So far I have found a couple of significant gaps... 1.) It does not easily handle dropship POs like Stocky did. 2.) It does not include the "A", "B", or "C" inventory ratings on the purchase order or purchase table the way that Stocky did.
Easy to navigate and we rarely run into issues! Support team is quick to respond and they make sure issues are addressed quickly.
Assisty is fantastic. My trainer or facilitator Darius was great too. He is just as knowledgeable on all things Shopify as Assisty. This is so crucial when trying to .earn how to integrate the two systems.
Rio has been very helpful. So far, setting up and using the Assisty app has been simple and easy. We're looking forward to how much this will improve our inventory process and using the extensive reporting features.
