I had a problem with Volume discount so I wrote at support. I have to say the problem was fixed in less than 24 so great work. Also the app work great, nothing to complicated and does the job. For sure highly recommended !

Literally the best bundles and upsell app on shopify. It has so many features from announcement bar to different bundles, product upsells. Also when I forgot to cancel my 14 day free trial, I contacted assorion support and it gave me 10$ application credit as a refund. If you haven't installed this app, I highly recommend it!

Most of the applications for offers are limited and you are not able to change certain things so that the offer blends in with the rest of the website, well not this one. With this application you can make the offer to look exactly how you imagined, even if you do not have the options to do it yourself in the app settings, you can contact customer support and they will happily change it for you because they have further options in their admin. Kindest regards to Yusuf from the customer support team, I had so many questions for him and he assisted me with every single one of them.

This app has been amazing especially the support. Anytime I have had a question, Yusuf has always been able to answer. Recently there was no way to implement my request so Yusuf wrote some custom css and made it work!

Unable to reach the live chat

One of the best Shopify apps I have ever downloaded. The whole integration process is super easy and the app's interface is very user friendly. As well as this, the customer support is amazing! They respond right when you ask a question and help you until all of your questions are helped and solved. The app itself has so much to offer and their widgets are super customizable. This will really help you store look better and increase conversions.

Switched over from another app due to the cleaner and more intuitive interface Assortion offers. Support (Yusuf) is responsive and helped us customise some options that weren't available through the dashboard. Overall, really happy with how helpful the support is and we highly recommend this app.

This is a great app, exactly as advertised, they provide bundle sales, volume sales, post sale offers, and more. They also have customer service that answered me right away even though it was 2am and was able to help answer questions that I had on the spot. I think that for the price it is a very good app.
