I don't think you can get better customer service. The response in my case to a placement issue of the product recommendations was handled within a minute or two of contacting them. The app does what it says...we use it mostly for the volume discount feature but it does much more than that.

Very quick service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend to any e-commerce stores.
