Assortion: Upsell & Bundles

I downloaded Assortion and found the integration to be quite smooth. It adapts to the default style. As a result, I thought the UX and UI should work for most stores right away without any tweaking. I was however using another upselling widget to boost my free shipping offer. The combination of Assortion and other widgets looked strange after installation, so I wanted them to look the same. Inquiring if there were any configurable options, I reached out to support. Working with Yousuf, I found him friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was willing to make the changes I needed. However, last minute I decided to keep the defaults, and remove the integration of the other app that was making them look strange together. The app works well so far. Maybe you should include free shipping, so I don't have to use another app. Thank you for your help; good luck with it!

The app is simple but very powerful. It does all you would need to cross sell or upsell products. You can create bundles of any products and even offer post sale offers. The Dev team is very responsive and replied to my message within seconds with actual answers. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone.

The app is completely free but I would recommend the dev team to add option for donations somewhere so people that want to be able to show their appreciation.

There is couple of things that still need to be ironed out but it seem like the team is already working on them so hopefully we will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the app soon.

Can't say enough good things about this app. If we manage to find a good cross sell we manage to make up to €0,8 more per site session. Really helps with our profit margin. Yusuf is a great guy, had some requests regarding customization and within 15 minutes everything was fixed. Probably the best cross sell app out there, really like that you can put the widget underneath the description instead of other apps where you can only place it up top.

This app is a basic in all my clients' Shopify stores! I use it for all my free gift promotions and any upsells I want to show on the product page. I've never heard a complaint from a customer. Also, the chat feature for app support is huge! Yusuf is always super quick to respond and modifies things quickly and without issue. He's fixed glitches that are caused by other apps in my store and has helped me customize the look of my upsells as well. Super helpful! Highly recommend this app.

I would highly recommend using this app, it's simple and there is alot of help available in case if you get stuck. I had someone name "Yusuf" helping me throughout the entire process and walked me through every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough for doing that as no one else was able to help me the way he did and fix the problem. He responded quickly, efficiently and was very professional and made sure I am being looked after. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking for product recommendations.
