No esta sincronizando como esperaba, tengo que revisar manualmente si hay diferencias entre canales, ya que entre canales he notado diferencias entre stock y al final termino corrigiendo manualmente todo, en Paris no puedo modificar precios junto a sus cantidades y en Mercado Libre no sincroniza cantidades correctamente.
Llevo usando la app por más de tres meses, el publicador masivo no sirve, todavía son muchos pasos manuales no adecuados para un software de automatización. El soporte al cliente es muy malo, me pasé de plan para uno con menos limitaciones por USD 119, a la media hora me cobraron USD 35 sin mi autorización. Me pidieron que lo hiciera fuera del ambiente Shopify, tendré que poner un reclamo a través de la plataforma para que corrijan estas negligencias.
Excelente app te facilita el control de inventario, manejar el mismo precio inclusive publicar de un canal de ventas un producto si hacerlo desde cero y por separado. La atención al cliente excelente
Sólo felicitarlos por el gran trabajo que hacen como soporte al cliente y por el increíble producto que están desarrollando. La verdad es que nos ha ayudado bastante en las operaciones del negocio, quitándonos las trabas técnicas y así poder enfocarnos en lo que mejor sabemos hacer: vender.
