Atomic Returns has been great. They are always super responsive and open to feedback. Their customer support has been great. The app itself is easy to navigate and intuitive.
Always very quick and helpful customer service! Can't see us switching to another app for returns any time soon (if ever!)

So Far, so good. this App has been great in helping to streamline our return/ exchange process. The developers were also very helpful adding a few features that were critical to our business needs. Can't wait to continue to see the app improve.

This app has been great. The customer service is excellent and very quick to respond! I know they are working on ways to improve the app everyday and just yesterday released an update where you can multiple returns on a order. I will be very very excited when they come out with the exchange linkage to shopify. Highly recommend this app!!
I love the user-friendly interface and ease of use of Atomic Returns. I've been using the extension for over a year and it has saved me so much time! I love how it is free and has no ads. It's perfect for me because it is simple and has all the functionality that I need.
Since Return Magic was being retired we needed to find a solution to take its place. While we have not been using Atomic Returns very long we have already processed a few returns through it and it seems to be a great replacement. Support has been quick to answer questions so far and we are happy with the functionality.
