Not perfect, but they improve very fast
atoship is still a newer platform, so there were a couple small things we wanted changed when we first started. The difference is that their team didn’t ignore us. We explained our workflow and they made improvements surprisingly fast.
We now use it for most of our Shopify shipments. Labels are easy to create, tracking is organized, and the payment options are much more flexible than other shipping software. Wire, ACH and crypto funding has been especially helpful for our business.
There are bigger shipping platforms out there, but atoship feels much more responsive and willing to work with its customers.

Flexible payment options are a huge plus
We run a Shopify store with suppliers and team members in different countries, so paying for shipping has always been more complicated than it should be. atoship lets us fund our account by wire, ACH, or crypto, which is something we haven’t seen with the other shipping platforms we tried. The Shopify order workflow is straightforward, rates are competitive, and we can keep everything in one place. The flexible payment options alone make atoship a much better fit for how our business operates.

Their support team actually listens Most software companies say they listen to customers, but atoship actually does. We asked their support team if they could make a small change to the way our orders were displayed, and they had an update ready much faster than we expected.
Support replies quickly, they understand shipping, and you don't feel like you're talking to someone who is just copying answers from a script. Very happy with the service so far.
