Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We’ve been with Attentive for some years now, I’ve had experience with other SMS providers but no one has cared as much as Attentive has.

It’s not only one team or one person that cares about helping you but their whole brand, they’re very responsive and always willing to help.

The new tools they come out with are also quite useful and innovative and I’m excited to see how the brand grows with such dedicated people in the team.

We've been with Attentive for a few years now with multiple brands in our company. We are using them for email and SMS and the dashboard is very user-friendly unlike some other companies we used like Klaviyo and Yotpo. We are currently working with Erika our Senior Customer Success Manager who has been very helpful in getting us ready for BFCM. She's provided all the resources (links) and tools needed to excel this quarter. She's also super responsive! It's great having some guidance if needed with growing our brands because we've worked with many companies before that don't provide the additional expertise. Out of all the email marketing companies we've worked with, this one by far is the best!
